1. How to Use Our Face Masks
Our face masks are made to give your skin extra care at home. You can use them when your skin feels dry, dull, or tired.
Steps
-
Wash your face
Clean your face with a gentle face wash. Rinse with water and dry your face with a soft towel. -
Open one mask pack
Take one mask from the packet and open it slowly so it does not tear. -
Apply the mask
-
If it is a sheet mask, unfold it and place it on your face.
-
Adjust it around your eyes, nose, cheeks and chin.
-
Make sure it is flat on your skin with no big air bubbles.
-
-
Leave it on
Relax and leave the mask on your face for about 15–20 minutes. -
Remove the mask
Peel the mask off gently, starting from the edges. -
Massage the leftover serum
Do not wash your face right away. Use your fingers to lightly tap and massage the remaining serum into your skin.
How Often
-
Use 1–3 times a week, depending on your skin needs.
Simple Tips
-
Use at night before sleep for better results.
-
Do not use on broken or very red skin.
-
If your skin feels very hot or itchy, wash your face and stop using the mask.
2. How to Use Our Eye Patches
Our eye patches are made to care for the delicate skin under your eyes. They help the area look fresh and hydrated.
Steps
-
Clean the eye area
Remove any makeup. Wash your face and dry it. Make sure the skin under your eyes is clean and dry. -
Take out two patches
Open the container or sachet and gently take out two patches – one for each eye. -
Place the patches
-
Put one patch under each eye.
-
The wider part should be near the outer corner of your eye.
-
The thinner part should be near the inner corner.
-
Do not place the patch too close to your actual eye.
-
-
Relax and wait
Leave the patches on for about 10–20 minutes. Sit or lie down and relax. -
Remove the patches
Take them off slowly, starting from the outer edge. -
Tap in the extra serum
Gently tap any leftover serum into the skin with your ring finger. Do not rub hard.
How Often
-
Use 2–3 times a week, or whenever your under-eye area feels dry or looks tired.
Simple Tips
-
You can keep the patches in the fridge (not the freezer) for a cooling effect.
-
Do not use on broken, very irritated, or infected skin.
-
If you feel strong burning or see redness, remove them and wash the area with water.
3. How to Use Our Foot Pads
Our foot pads are made to be used at night. They are placed on the soles of your feet and removed in the morning. They are for comfort and relaxation, not a medical treatment.
Steps
-
Use at night before sleep
These pads work while you rest, so it is best to apply them before going to bed. -
Wash and dry your feet
Clean the bottoms of your feet with soap and water. Dry them very well. -
Prepare the pad
Take one pad and one adhesive sheet.-
Remove the protective paper from the sticky sheet.
-
Place the soft side of the pad on the sticky side of the sheet.
-
-
Stick it on your foot
Place the pad in the center of your foot (on the sole), around the arch area. Press it firmly so it stays in place.
Repeat on the other foot if you are using two. -
Sleep with the pads on
Keep the pads on for 6–8 hours while you sleep. You can wear socks to help keep them in place. -
Remove in the morning
In the morning, peel off the pads and throw them away.
Wash your feet or wipe them with a damp cloth to remove any residue.
How Often
-
You can use them every night for a few days or weeks, then reduce to a few nights per week if you like.
Simple Tips
-
Do not use on cuts, wounds, rashes, or very sensitive skin.
-
If you have serious foot problems or medical conditions, talk to a doctor before using new products.
-
These pads do not replace any medicine or doctor’s treatment.
